The objective for the project was to make a model of the layers of hell and who I wanted to represent each layer within it. This project was probably the most fun to make and the most visually appealing project that I've ever made. It was probably so visually appealing because I had a lot of fun with it and took more of an interest to make it look badass. When I was approached with this project my sophomore year, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I started off by making a 3-D paper mache model that ended up being about two feet long. There was a paper mache model sitting in my English teachers classroom for this project and it looked really impressive, so that was the inspiration for me to make something just as cool as that one was. After I finished building the model, I painted it white and then black and red for the background which made it feel more hellish. I did a lot of research about people that would be best fit for the different layers of hell that there were and placed their name and a picture of them in the specific layer that they fell under. In the last layer of hell, I painted it white and blue to represent ice because the final layer of hell is covered in ice.
